Gear is stored in a secure shed. The exact address and door code are emailed once you book. Pick up anytime after midnight on your start date using that code, and drop off before midnight on your last day.

Uintah County's Waiver Required

All climbers must also complete the Uintah County's Waiver before accessing Ashley Gorge. This is separate from the GearDash rental waiver and is required by the county.

Waivers — every climber signs

1 kit = 1 climber. Everyone who uses GearDash gear must sign their own waiver.

I'm booking for others and won't be climbing myself (for example, booking for your kids). You'll still sign as the person renting the gear, and all 1 climber will sign through the group link.

Climbers aged 10–17: a parent or legal guardian signs for them, one waiver per child. Friends paying for their own gear should book their own order.

Next: You'll read and sign our via ferrata liability waiver before checkout. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start date — inside 48 hours we'll reschedule you free or issue a 12-month credit. Gear must be returned in original condition.
